Position : Virtual Assistant
Working Hours: Monday to Friday; 8am - 5pm EST
Salary Range: $800 - $1,500/month
Main Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested
Utilize and maintain our CRM system (ServiceTitan) to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
Assist in managing and organizing customer accounts, service requests, and project details.
Facilitate communication within the company and with clients.
Manage email correspondence
Assist in invoicing and billing processes as needed
Provide basic support in QuickBooks, including data entry and reconciliation (if applicable)
Conduct research and provide relevant information
