Job Title: Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager
Job Location: Indianapolis, IN area
Job Salary: $90k-$120k+ DOE 
Requirements: 5+ years of construction safety experience

What You Will Be Doing

• Developing a positive and proactive relationship with field staff with an emphasis on open communication regarding issues, near-misses, good catches, and ideas for improvement.
• Directing company Health and Safety compliance programs and activities.
• Ensuring compliance with state and federal OSHA regulations; monitoring legislation and regulation changes.
• Overseeing and participating in field safety audits and other related activities as needed.
• Liaising with industry, company, state, and federal officials on compliance matters.
• Facilitating/presenting safety training to ensure both relevance of content and compliance with regulation.
• Reviewing all incident reports and following up with management and supervision as required.
• Assisting with OSHA training records and requirements.
• Reviewing and maintaining a current Safety and Health Program Manual.
• Assisting in completing documents on all customer reporting sites, e.g., Browz, ISNetworld, Avetta, or any other site required by customers.

What You Need for this Position

• 5+ years of construction safety experience
• Ability to travel up to 60%, typically overnight by vehicle to connecting states
• Ability to train and speak in front of large/ diverse groups
• Bachelors and ASP (Preferred) or would need to get ASP within first 5 years of employment
