We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced accountant to join our leadership team as the Head of Finance.

Role Overview
As the Head of Finance, you will drive our financial strategy, maximize operational performance, and ensure company success. Reporting directly to the COO, you will oversee all aspects of financial management, including GAAP accounting, financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, and financial reporting.

Team Leadership: Provide strong guidance to finance teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
External Liaison: Manage relationships with auditors and financial institutions, overseeing audits and negotiations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with departments to support strategic initiatives and enhance operations.
Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes, advising on strategic responses.

Requirements
At least 15 years in progressive finance leadership, ideally in advertising, marketing, communications, or professional services.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA or CPA highly preferred.
Expertise in GAAP accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
Strong skills in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Proven ability to manage audits and complex business integrations.
Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, influencing corporate strategy through financial insight.
