Entry Level - Document Control Drafter
The Entry Level Document Control Drafter will be responsible for managing and maintaining all technical and administrative documents in digital format and performing other Drafting duties as assigned.
Duties and Responsibilities to include the following:
· Verifying accuracy of scanned documents, ensuring that they match original hard copy (QA/QC).
· Indexing and categorizing scanned documents for easy retrieval.
· Ability to use and or quickly learn basic network folder archive and operate scanning equipment typically used in operations.
· Minor Drafting changes using basic AutoCAD software as required.
· Complete other administrative and/or drafting duties as assigned.
Position Requirements and Skills:
· A minimum of 1-2 years' previous experience within a professional office environment.
· Knowledge of Pipeline Drafting a Plus.
· Knowledge of a Document Management System a plus.
· Knowledge of AutoCAD Software.
· Knowledge and experience using Windows operating systems.
· Strong organizational skills are required, as well as the ability to prioritize work.
· Must have good communication skills, written & verbal, work with minimal supervision, and simultaneously manage multiple projects to meet scheduled deadlines.
· Must be Punctual and Dependable with the ability to listen and learn.
