Job Description

Marketing Director opening to overseeing advertising, promotions, and public relations. The ideal candidate will come from the hospitality industry (Luxury Hotel/Spa) to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to meet business goals, manage accounts, oversee media projects, and ensure all marketing activities align with company objectives and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans with the executive team to meet company goals
•Oversee reservations and group sales, manage accounts, and solicit bookings
•Conduct market research, analyze competitor data, and adjust marketing plans as needed
•Manage marketing efforts, including online, sales, public relations, and promotional activities
•Create and manage annual marketing plans and budgets
•Maintain detailed records and reports for efficient department operations
•Lead media and marketing projects, including print, email, and web materials
•Build and maintain partnerships, organize events, and represent the company at networking opportunities
•Oversee website and online marketing efforts to drive traffic
•Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and safety regulations
•Manage marketing team staffing, including hiring, training, and performance reviews

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
•Minimum 3 years of experience in managing a marketing department, preferably in hospitality
•Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and various marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, WordPress, Adobe Creative Cloud, social media management)
•Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
•Ability to handle media events, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
