What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer and Photographer to join our growing team! create innovative designs from concept (brief) to execution(launch) with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. This position reports to the Art & Brand Director and lives within our Marketing Team. In a typical week, the role will consist of 40% graphic design, 40% production photography, and 20% creative photography. This person must be able to manage multiple deadlines across our retail, marketplaces, and wholesale channels.

Responsibilities:

• Photograph flat photography of clothing for website and social media
• Retouch and edit all forms of photography, including studio flats, model shots, and lifestyle imagery
• Organize digital photography and own the distribution process to our marketing, e-commerce, and wholesale teams
• Design engaging and compelling graphics for print and digital media, such as website graphics, social media posts, email, and direct mail/brochures (with a focus on our Marketplace and Wholesale channels)
• Work within our brand guidelines to create strong and recognizable brand assets that resonate with our target audience
• Stay up to date on the latest graphic design trends and software. Stay immersed in the creative field by constantly seeking what is new with fashion, social media, our competitors, and beyond.
• Manage multiple design and photography projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery, and a high standard of quality
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace of photography equipment and props

• 3+ years experience in graphic design and with Adobe Creative Suite.
• 5+ years experience in photography and image editing
• A strong portfolio highlighting various product & fashion photography and graphic design in the digital marketing and e-commerce field.
• Expert in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom. Proficient in InDesign and Illustrator.
• Experience in video editing software is a plus!
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A keen eye for detail with a focus on creating consistent results
