We are looking for a responsible, organized individual to support our Practice Administrator and President in a large growing Medical Practice on the east end of Long Island. Responsibilities will include administrative duties including handing tasks and projects under the supervision of an executive. The Assistant will have access to an exciting work environment and will be given ample opportunity for professional growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendar and appointments
- Maintain files
- Create spreadsheets and other documents for reports
- Manage database information
- Communicate with medical offices, hospital, medical providers and administration
- Maintaining confidentiality
- Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel
This position is in person full time Monday-Friday 9 am to 5pm
Required:
High School Diploma
2 to 5 years' exp in an office setting
