The Accounting Billing Analyst role is with a well-respected Global Financial Firm. They are seeking an accounting-minded, self-starter, Excel guru, who wants to jump in and support the billing and expense reporting within this cohesive Accounting Controllership team of 10-15. After onsite training, you will be expected to be onsite within this amazing office 2 days a week and working from home the other 3 days. For the chosen professional that goes above and beyond, it may turn into a permanent opportunity. salary: $23 - $24 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities Work within a Fortune 500 Financial Services Accounting Controller's team of 10-15 colleagues Accountable for the invoice billing functions Enter invoice data points into their accounting system of record Research discrepancies Provide supporting documentation for payments to be processed Review, process, and audit expense reports Assist in preparing and running monthly reports to be distributed to case managers Reconcile general ledger accounts Prepare adjusted journal entries at month-end Assist the Accounting Manager with additional projects surrounding time-sheet review, expense analysis, and internal/external audits Skills Billing Microsoft Excel (4 years of experience is required) Excel Pivot Tables Math and Calculation (2 years of experience is required) General Ledger (2 years of experience is preferred) Reconciliation Expense Reports Invoicing Analysis GAAP Detail Orientation Business operations Accounts Payable (2 years of experience is required) Journal Entries Qualifications Years of experience: 0 years Experience level: Entry Level Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
