Position Overview:
As a X-Lounge Attendant, you will be the heart and soul of The Holloway Experience, ensuring our customers have an enjoyable and memorable time. You will maintain a clean and welcoming environment, assist customers with their gaming needs, and create a lively, positive atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Greet and welcome customers with a warm, friendly demeanor.
2. Assist customers in selecting games and activities that match their interests.
3. Explain gaming lounge rules and ensure customers follow them.
4. Monitor gaming areas to ensure fair play and address any policy violations.
5. Keep the gaming lounge clean and organized, including clearing tables and setting up games.
6. Engage proactively with customers to create a fun, interactive atmosphere.
7. Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and technical issues professionally and efficiently.
8. Promote gaming lounge memberships, special events, and promotions.
9. Collaborate with team members to coordinate tournaments, events, and parties.
10. Assist with inventory management, restocking, and merchandising duties as needed.
Qualifications :
- Passion for gaming with a good understanding of various video and board games.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; able to communicate effectively with people of all ages.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the entertainment, hospitality, or gaming industry.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet. - Basic knowledge of gaming equipment and consoles. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Preferred Qualifications : - Prior experience in a gaming lounge, arcade, or similar entertainment venue. - Familiarity with current gaming trends and popular titles. Why Join Us?
