Location: 100 Front Street, Worcester MA – one day per week

Salary: Mid point $85k, flex on experience

Interview Process: 2 round virtual

• 2-5 years of healthcare (hospital) supply chain experience
• Proficient in excel, v-lookups
• Bachelor's degree or associates degree with relevant years of experience

Job Summary:

Insight Global is looking to hire a Supply Chain Analyst for one of their top healthcare clients in Worcester, MA. As a Workday Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimizing supply chain processes within the hospital. Your responsibilities include:

1. Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Collect and analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Generate reports and dashboards to track inventory levels, procurement, and cost-saving initiatives.

1. Process Improvement:

• Recommend strategies to enhance supply chain performance, reduce costs, and streamline operations.
• Work closely with other professionals (e.g., procurement, logistics) to implement changes.

1. Training and Documentation:

• Train end-users on Workday Supply Chain functionality.
• Create and maintain documentation related to system processes and best practices.

1. Vendor Coordination:

• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Monitor vendor performance and address any issues.

1. Compliance and Regulations:

• Stay informed about healthcare regulations and compliance requirements related to supply chain management.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and hospital policies.
