Role Overview :
This is a Whistleblower Investigator position. In this position, you will:
Assess allegations of retaliation by conducting assigned investigations.
Develop and implement investigative plans by identifying and evaluating coverage/jurisdiction, timeliness of complaint, protected activity, respondent knowledge, adverse action, and nexus.
Create and maintain case files in accordance with established procedures and requirements.
Gather and analyze information and/or evidence by conducting interviews and requested documentation.
Write reports of investigation that are concise, persuasive, and well-supported.

An ideal candidate will have:
A working knowledge of OSHA standards and the 11c whistleblower statute.
Investigation skills.
Experience providing customer service to the public.
Salary Statement :
The salary for this position traditionally starts at $59,800.00 but may be commensurate with education or work experience.
