Seneca Foods Corporation of Montgomery, MN, a food production and distribution center located approximately 35 miles southwest of the Twin Cities metro, currently has an opening for full-time Water Treatment/Digestor Operator. • Repair and maintenance of related Digester/Water Treatment equipment.
• Day/night operations at the Digester and/or on Water Treatment
• Day/night operations on wastewater spray fields. (June-Nov)
• Day/night silage operations.
• Operating equipment as needed. (Tractors, Payloader, Excavators)
• Daily reports and assist in preparing annual reports.
• Maintain cost control over equipment for budget purposes.
• Ensure that GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), safety rules and regulations are being followed and enforced.
• Maintenance in other areas of the facility when needed.
• Employee relations.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness and ability to work and function in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good mechanical repair and trouble-shooting skills.
• Two-year degree and/or equivalent experience working with Wastewater/Anaerobic Digesters preferred.
• Ability to get Special Boilers License, Type 4 and Type 5 Certificate.
