Documentation: Prepare and organize hotel documentation, including booking confirmations, reservation details, and payment information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve hotel-related issues or challenges, such as overbookings or room discrepancies, to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Client Support: Provide excellent customer service to clients by addressing hotel inquiries, providing updates, and offering assistance throughout the booking process and during their stay.
