Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executives' appointments and calendars
Handle email management and organization
Prepare presentations and spreadsheets
Manage social media accounts
Create structure, workflow, and processes
Research technologies and provide recommendations
Administer CRM, including updates and data entry
Arrange travel, including booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations
Assist with project coordination
Plan and coordinate events
Provide assistance with personal tasks as needed

Key Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Available daily (Monday-Friday) during business hours, with a commitment of at least 20 hours per week
Experience in an administrative support role
In-home office setup, including a Mac or PC computer (with webcam) with a minimum 1.0 GHz dual-core processor, 8GB RAM, and the most recent version of MS Office installed (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Fast and reliable internet connection
Smartphone with email capabilities
Designated professional, quiet workspace
Additional Information:
This is a 1099 contractor role
Pay range is $18 - $21 per hour, based on experience and skillset. Contractors are paid a fixed rate once per month based on the number of contracted hours. Hours and clients are not guaranteed
