Job Description

We are excited to welcome an organized, detail-oriented, administratively focused professional to join our exceptional vehicle inventory records team. This role is well-suited to someone capable and comfortable with administrative and repetitive data processing tasks who is also dynamic enough to operate successfully without specific detailed instructions and forge a path forward / create workflow structure in new areas.

This position may interact with numerous departments and levels and gain exposure to many organizational functions - a strong client service orientation and the maturity to interact with different personalities and needs across the company and client organizations is key.

Primary Responsibilities:  

We operate in a dynamic environment - responsibilities change in line with business needs.

  • Data Management – Data input & validation requiring critical thinking and sound judgment (data is relied on at an enterprise-wide level to address risk). Able to perform high volumes of data capture while maintaining a keen eye for anomalies.
  • Multi-Source Reconciliation – Reviewing and channeling high volume, variable data formats into streamlined information supporting vehicle lifecycle management. Able to manage a variety of different forms of data from a variety of sources including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, System Portals, Excel/CSV, PDF/Word packages, Embedded Attachments, etc.
  • Accuracy Checks – Prioritizes quality and consistency – performs accuracy self-checks and deliver large volumes of output with limited errors/omissions.
  • Communication Management – Work seamlessly across a variety of team / client structures & requirements, time zones and communication styles to develop strong relationships and excellent interpretive skills that contribute to successful project outcomes.
  • Workflow Documentation – Able to document workflow steps and task guidelines in a clear easy-to-follow manner for use as team reference materials (supported by our training/communications team)
  • Reporting & Analytics – Inquisitive mind and strong ability to use and benefit from reports and analytical tools that identify areas to be reviewed and resolved.
  • Identify & Implement Best Practices – Assess and identify best practices and communicate effectively with multiple levels of the team to implement.
  • Process Improvement – Take initiative and apply critical listening when communicating with clients to identify any new or enhanced reporting or decision-making tools required and collaborates with in-house reporting team to deliver accordingly.

Schedule:  

  • Full time (Mon-Fri 8:00AM – 5:00PM)
  • Overtime may be required, depending on client needs 
  • In-person role based in Plano, TX
  • May require occasional travel and/or performing activities in a warehouse environment

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred (equivalent experience will be considered)
  • 2 - 4 years’ experience required
  • Microsoft Office – highly skilled across the MS Platform

Background Check: 

  • Clean background check (criminal and civil) 
  • Valid drivers’ license and exemplary driving record required (position is subject to ongoing driver record monitoring)
