We are looking for a highly experienced and talented UiPath Sr. Solution Architect to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of complex UiPath automation solutions. You will work closely with business leaders, stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver robust and scalable automation solutions that drive operational efficiency and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of UiPath automation solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
• Develop detailed solution architecture and technical design documents.
• Guide and mentor junior architects and developers in best practices and standards.
• Ensure the scalability, security, and maintainability of UiPath solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to development teams.
• Oversee the deployment and monitoring of UiPath solutions in production environments.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Stay abreast of the latest UiPath features, tools, and industry trends.

• UiPath Advanced Certification
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Extensive experience as a UiPath Solution Architect or in a similar role.
• Deep knowledge of UiPath platform components, including Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots.
• Expertise in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) principles and best practices.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, VB.NET, and Python.
• Proven ability to design scalable and efficient automation frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
