You'll provide exceptional customer service, assist with booking group travel arrangements, manage travel itineraries, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide prompt and personable assistance to group travelers via multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat)
- Assist customers in booking group travel arrangements, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company policies
- Develop and maintain comprehensive travel itineraries tailored to group preferences
- Proactively identify and resolve travel-related challenges to minimize disruptions
- Foster transparent and effective communication with group leaders, travel coordinators, and suppliers
- Assist travelers in securing necessary visas, permits, and travel documents
- Stay abreast of travel trends and destination insights to provide valuable recommendations
- Verify the accuracy of bookings and travel documents, maintaining meticulous records
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to enhance the success of group travel programs
Qualifications: - Previous customer service experience, with a background in the travel industry advantageous
