Minimum Requirements :
We have 1 positions available for licensed therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD) for a licensed Therapist with a passion for the treatment of eating disorders and anxiety. This position is for Therapists interested in utilizing evidenced based treatments for eating and anxiety disorders. This could also be a wonderful opportunity to become trained in the leading evidenced based treatments for eating disorders Family Based Treatment (FBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Enhanced for eating disorders (CBT-E). Training for FBT is with our Owner and Family Therapist who is Certified through Dr Lock and LaGrange's Institute for Child and Adolescent Eating Disorders. CBT-E training is through Oxford University. The Therapist will be a member of a highly specialized multi-provider Practice where patients fully recover. Training will be provided. This position is full-time but can be part-time for the right candidate.

Our goal is to is to make recovery at home possible. At Richmond Center for Eating Disorders (RCED) we do this by providing an innovative, multidisciplinary Outpatient Practice. Our 3-4 person expert care team utilizes evidenced based treatments to effectively help adolescents, their families and adults recover. We provide all Team members with fully furnished offices and full admin support for billing and scheduling so that they can do the excellent job they joined us to do! We provide a unique offering unmatched in the Richmond Va and surrounding areas, offering a highly specialized, multidisciplinary team of eating disorder providers.
Who we are looking for:
A Therapist looking to work with a close knit, specialized team in a comfortable environment. No sterile clinic approach here or bottom down leadership. Ideally, the right candidate will have training and experience in the treatment of eating disorder, anxiety and family work. This candidate would feel comfortable beginning seeing a split caseload of adults and teens with eating disorders and teens and adults with anxiety. The successful candidate for this position will be caring, compassionate and resilient and can easily establish rapport with their clients. We are looking for therapists who are dedicated to improving the lives of others, collaborate well with the team, and work well independently. Responsibilities: * Provide clinical care to adolescents and their families utilizing evidenced based treatments for eating disorders and anxiety. Specifically FBT, CBT-E, CBT. Conduct eating and anxiety disorder assessments. * Develop treatment plans. * Work with families to help them support their loved ones' recovery process. * Develop and lead educational and promotional programs. * Collaborate with physicians, educators, and other therapists. * Maintain an ethical practice as defined by the Virginia Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Mental Health Counseling.

Depending on the Therapist's education, experience, availability and patient hours worked the position can be salaried W2 or a more flexible 1099 Contractor positions. Salaried positions include benefits, PTO, sick leave, holidays and 401k. Contractor positions have a higher hourly rate. We strive to find balance and excellence in our work by keeping our case load to 20 patients weekly. However, Therapists can see more patients if desired. These salary estimates are based on that target. Both structures include a lovely furnished office in a beautiful space, billing and scheduling provided by administrative assistant, clinical team meetings with multi-disciplinary staff included in pay.
