Rare Collectibles TV (RCTV) seeks a Telemarketing Sales Specialist to connect with our valued customers and share the fascinating stories behind collectible numismatic gold and silver coins. Base rate plus commission $60,000 - $100,000. Commission is uncapped.

About Rare Collectibles TV (RCTV): Founded in 2014, RCTV is a leading television sales and eCommerce company specializing in rare, historical collectible coins. We create infomercial-style presentations aired on Fox Business and Bloomberg, offering collectors high-quality rare coins at competitive prices. Our mission is to connect collectors to history through detailed information and education about the rarity and significance of each coin.

· Full-time, Monday – Friday in office

Key Responsibilities:
· Make 100 calls per day to existing customers, ensuring satisfaction with their orders and introducing them to our current specials.
· Qualify customers with high potential for building premier collections.
· Build strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and trust.
· Consistently meet and exceed sales goals by effectively closing sales.
· Utilize our CRM system to maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely order processing and delivery.
· Maintain confidentiality of all product and customer information.
Qualifications:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Comfort with presenting products over the phone and closing sales.
· Strong phone presence and experience making high volumes of calls daily.
· Basic computer proficiency, including experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
· Positive attitude, with a genuine interest in engaging with people.
· Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
