ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our Data Science and AI team . This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background and proven expertise in managing analyticsdriven and AIpowered products . The ideal candidate thrives in collaborative fastpaced environments enjoys solving complex user problems and is passionate about driving measurable business impact through cuttingedge technology .

This role focuses on Data Science Product Management so prior experience managing AI/MLbased products is strongly preferred.

• Have experience partnering with Data Science and Engineering teams to prioritize and deliver impactful results.

WHAT YOULL BRING

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors degree or advanced degree ( MS/PhD ) in an applied quantitative field or equivalent experience at a leadingedge company.
• 5 years of experience managing and building data science products powered by AI/ML in large organizations.

Expertise in AIPowered Product Development:

• Proven track record of collaborating with data scientists engineers and designers to solve user problems using AI/MLdriven platforms or tools.
• Demonstrated experience with the endtoend lifecycle of AI product development and deployment .

Industry Knowledge:

• Relevant experience in the Retail industry including areas such as Planning Supply Chain Processes Product Creation & Merchandising Commerce Experiences Marketing or Membership .

Communication & Collaboration:

• Outstanding written and verbal communication organizational skills analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to build strong crossfunctional relationships remove obstacles and enable team success.

Product Advocacy & Leadership:

• Proven ability to articulate a products value proposition functionality and adoption strategies tailored to diverse audiences.
• Strong decisionmaking skills in ambiguous situations leveraging domain and industry expertise .

Analytical Mindset:

• Experience utilizing both qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to measure and demonstrate business value.

Technical Acumen:

• Indepth understanding of technology systems and ecosystems with the ability to support teams in overcoming roadblocks.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum Lean and Kanban .
