Become a key player as a  Technical Writer:
Adobe is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Technical Writer to document the new Frame.io V4 Developer Platform from the ground up. This role involves creating detailed guides, best practices, and transition documentation to help our existing customers adapt their Frame V3 Developer connections to our V4 model, as well as educating customers who are new to Frame itself on the capabilities of our platform which includes webhooks, custom actions, and our REST API. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent writing skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Heres how youll make an impact on the team:

• Develop comprehensive documentation for the new API version, including user guides, reference manuals, and best practices.
• Create detailed transition guides to assist customers in migrating from the old API version to the new one.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.
• Ensure documentation is clear, concise, and user-friendly.
• Manage documentation on a new CMS platform and ensure it is accessible at a new URL location.
• Continuously update and improve documentation based on feedback and changes to the platform.
• Meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Heres what youll need to be successful in this role:

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the software or SaaS industry.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and software development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Experience with GitHub
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of programming languages and software development practices.
• Previous experience working in an Agile environment.

Pay Range: 
$45.00 - $50.00/hour
