As the Production Manager your role is primarily a people-oriented role. You will recruit, train, empower, and care for a technical arts team of volunteers in order to execute impactful, distraction-free services. Additionally you will oversee all technical arts systems and elements for services and special events at our campus: audio, video, lighting, and stage management.
The salary range for this position is around $52,000 - $68,000 depending on experience and skill set. Job Responsibilities - Recruit, train, support, develop and oversee a technical arts team of volunteers: including video team, front of house audio, graphics operators, lighting technicians, stage managers, and more
- Oversee all audio, video, and lighting fulfillment functions for both services and special events
- Maintain and develop all theatrical lighting, video, and audio systems throughout the building
- Build and Install stage sets occasionally in collaboration with the Central Arts and Worship Team
- Oversee fulfillment of stage props for stage personalities, special elements for services
- Serve as the chief liaison between the campus and the Facility Management team for facility issues across the campus and act as the first line of response in facility emergencies
Success is Defined As... a leader who is able to strongly collaborate with the campus pastors, ministry leaders, and core peers and leadership to create and execute an immersive atmosphere in the auditorium and online through the excellent, innovative, and distraction-free utilization of lighting, audio, and video systems through a robust volunteer team of developing technical artists.

Education and Experience:
- Prior experience leading arts production
- Experience using ProPresenter 7, Adobe Premiere, audio systems, lighting systems, and broadcast video systems
- Prior experience leading, supporting and recruiting volunteers is a plus
