Position Overview: As a Bilingual Spanish/English Home Health Aide at BrightStar Care of Wellington, you will be a bridge of understanding and support for our clients whose primary language is Spanish. Your role will involve providing assistance with daily living activities, administering care, and ensuring that language is not a barrier to quality healthcare. Join us in creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Offer companionship, emotional support, and clear communication in both English and Spanish to facilitate a strong client-caregiver relationship.
• Maintain detailed records of client care and progress.
• Foster trust and understanding between clients and their families through effective communication.
• Collaborate with a diverse and caring team to provide exceptional care.

• Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA).
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
• Empathy, compassion, and a culturally sensitive approach to caregiving.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both languages.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a dedication to providing excellent care.
