As a Spa / Retail Manager at European Wax Center, you will use your expertise to ensure every moment is an opportunity for confidence! European Wax Center Bayshore is seeking a highly motivated individual to lead a team to excellence within a growing franchise organization. The spa / retail manager will provide leadership and guidance to the team to ensure the best experience for our customers and employees. The spa / retail manager will focus on building and growing the company culture through our brand values, vision, and mission. The spa / retail manager will have the opportunity to develop a team of sales associates and wax specialists and help them achieve success and growth.
