We are seeking a talented Solutions Architect with extensive experience in the healthcare domain to join our client's remote team. As a Solutions Architect , you will play a crucial role in partnering with business leaders across infrastructure, data and application development to design and implement transformative solutions that address their clients' needs. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare IT systems, regulatory requirements and industry best practices.



Solutions Architect Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business leaders, technical teams and stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into technical solutions
• Design end-to-end architecture solutions that align with business goals, scalability requirements, security standards and compliance regulations within the healthcare industry
• Lead and participate in the development of architectural frameworks, patterns and reference architectures
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations for adoption to enhance existing solutions or develop new capabilities
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct architectural reviews, assessments and audits to ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, reliability and security requirements
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure, data and applications
• Collaborate with external partners and vendors to integrate third-party solutions effectively

Solutions Architect Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. Master's degree preferred
• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role within the healthcare industry
• Strong knowledge of healthcare IT systems, including EMR/EHR systems, HIPAA regulations and healthcare data interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR)
• Expertise in cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud architectures
• Proficiency in designing and implementing scalable and secure enterprise-level applications and systems
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF) are a plus
