Job Overview: As a Part-Time Social Media Manager at K-veri, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy across various platforms. Your role will involve creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, and analyzing performance metrics to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in creating original digital content across various social media platforms. 

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Experience working with or promoting Korean brands or cultural content is a significant advantage.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in managing social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to track and report on social media performance.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with external partners.

Content Creation:

  • Ability to create engaging and culturally relevant content that resonates with audiences interested in Korean culture.
  • Experience in collaborating with influencers and creators to amplify brand messages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with K-veri's brand objectives.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos) for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Monitor and respond to audience interactions, fostering a positive community and addressing inquiries promptly.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure K-veri remains at the forefront of digital engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably within [your industry].
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to create visually appealing content using graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
