Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Director to lead our team in generating new business revenue through software licenses within Non-Profit organizations. In this role, you will:
Lead and Inspire: Motivate and mentor a team of Account Executives to achieve rapid growth within the sector, providing guidance and support to drive their success.
Develop Strategy: Collaborate with regional sales leadership to create and implement a robust sales strategy, understanding the competitive landscape and regional dynamics.
Drive Sales and Relationships: Engage in territory planning, relationship development, and sales support, assisting in meetings and driving opportunities to successful closure.
Coach and Mentor: Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to your team, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
Manage Forecasts: Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports, ensuring transparency and alignment with business objectives.
Engage with C-Level Executives: Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and C-level executives to understand business requirements and support your team.
Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with existing customers through regular non-sales activities, enhancing their experience and realizing value.
Collaborate and Promote: Partner with marketing and partners to drive pipeline generation activities and elevate customer success stories.
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you should have:
Mission-Driven Focus: A strong commitment to your mission with a metrics-driven approach and a passion for making a difference.
Sales Leadership Experience: Over 5 years of successful first-line sales leadership in enterprise SaaS, with a proven track record in recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent.
Non-Profit Expertise: Experience working with Non-Profit organizations, understanding their unique needs and business drivers.
Strong Relationship Skills: Ability to build credible relationships both internally and externally, particularly with C-level executives.
CRM Proficiency: Ownership of accurate CRM reporting, including forecasts and opportunity reviews.
Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel 20-40% as needed.
