Senior Web Developer / Tech Lead
Location: Remote (Preference for candidates in local markets with banking/finance experience)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Web Developer / Tech Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical leadership abilities and extensive experience in Angular development. This role requires a deep understanding of authentication and security protocols, with a preference for experience with Transmit.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of junior developers, providing guidance on coding best practices and technical solutions.
• Architect and implement platform-wide solutions, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Develop and maintain web applications using Angular, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
• Act as a backup for iOS development, utilizing skills in Swift and Kotlin.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the security and integrity of applications by implementing robust authentication and security protocols.
• Utilize GIT for version control and manage mobile Cordova platforms.

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong proficiency in Angular development.
• Extensive experience with JavaScript and web technologies (HTML, CSS, AJAX).
• Knowledge of authentication and security protocols (e.g., OAuth, SAML, Transmit).
• Experience with GIT and mobile Cordova platforms.
• Proficiency in Swift, Kotlin, iOS, and Android JavaScript development.
• Familiarity with banking and finance industry practices is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
