Position Overview
We are looking for a Senior E-Commerce Manager, with Direct-to-Consumer CPG experience. The ideal candidate will lead and execute our online sales and marketing efforts. We need a candidate who has a strong background in strategic planning and sales forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective acquisition strategies to drive traffic and sales for our E-commerce platform
• Manage the customer journey and provide a seamless online shopping experience
• Oversee performance marketing campaigns and optimize for ROI
• Manage agency relationships for SEO, affiliate marketing, and digital acquisition
• Lead customer retention efforts through loyalty programs, email marketing, and SMS marketing
• Develop and execute test and learn strategies to improve conversion optimization
• Manage a team of E-commerce professionals and provide coaching and development opportunities
• Provide regular performance reporting and analytics to senior leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in E-commerce and D2C, preferably within the CPG industry
• Strong understanding of customer journey and acquisition strategies
• Experience with performance marketing campaigns and agency management
• Proficiency in SEO, affiliate marketing, and digital acquisition
• Understanding of data analysis and data interpretation
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Strong project management and time management skills
• Ability to execute effectively on multiple projects at once
• Experience with quality control and data warehousing
• Innovative and forward-thinking mindset
