Job Description:
The Recruiting Assistant will expertly manage multiline phone systems ensuring exceptional customer service by greeting applicants and assisting them with job applications. This role demands the ability to handle a high flow of applicants and a large volume of calls. Key responsibilities include scheduling candidates for interviews conducting interviews performing general office duties (such as filing scanning and data entry) and entering data with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute. Proficiency in multitasking is crucial. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing diverse personalities in an industrial/manufacturing environment and possess strong computer skills including proficiency in data entry Word Excel and Outlook.
