Job Summary:
The Recruiter will be responsible for managing all facets of staffing and recruitment for designated areas mainly in the Bronx Programs. He/she will be responsible for filling vacant positions which includes posting/advertising positions, screening applicants, forwarding applicants to Hiring Manager for interview, completing background checks, and maintaining new hire records/reports. Driving, and a valid, non-restricted, driver license is required for this position.
Duties & Responsibilities:

The Recruiter manages staffing and recruiting for designated areas and expeditiously fills open positions. It includes allfacets of staffing and recruitment mainly in the Bronx Programs,which includes posting/advertising positions, screening applicants, Coordinating interviews, completing background checks, and maintaining new hire records/reports.
Driving, and a valid, non-restricted, driver license is required for this position to be able to attend meetings at the main headquarters in Rockland County and to attend local job fairs which are an integral part of this job.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time. Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds. Must be able to use a computer and other related office equipment, type and answer phone.
