Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Paralegal & Accounting Administrator to support our legal and financial operations to join our firm, AlphaX RE Capital. This role requires a strong understanding of legal documentation, financial record-keeping, and general office administration for real estate transactions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced real estate investment environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Paralegal Duties:
• Prepare, review, and organize real estate legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Assist with compliance, due diligence, and regulatory filings.
• Conduct legal research and maintain corporate records.
• Liaise with attorneys, investors, and stakeholders on legal matters.
• Accounting Duties:
• Assist with real estate financial reporting, invoicing, and bookkeeping.
• Reconcile real estate accounts, process payments, and manage expense tracking.
• Support budget planning and financial analysis.
• Work closely with accountants and auditors to ensure compliance.
• Administrative Duties:
• Manage real estate office operations, record-keeping, and document organization.
• Support investor relations by preparing reports and responding to inquiries.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communications.

Qualifications:

• Must have 1-2 year work experience in paralegal and/or accounting roles in real estate firms.
• Real Estate experience a must.
• Fluent in speaking and writing Chinese (Mandarin) is a must.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of legal contracts, compliance, and financial statements.
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and legal research tools.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
