Position: Senior Oracle HCM Compensation Analyst
Location: Remote
Contract Duration: 6+ months

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Oracle HCM Compensation Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle Compensation tools. You will collaborate closely with the internal team and our partner, providing valuable insights and assistance in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle Compensation tools, working alongside team members to support project initiatives.
- Configure and manipulate Oracle Compensation tools to meet the needs of enterprise-level clients.
- Interact with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and functionality of HCM projects.
- Take the lead on tasks and projects, demonstrating autonomy and initiative.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle Compensation tools.
- Proven ability to create and manipulate configurations within Oracle Compensation.
- Experience configuring Oracle Compensation tools in enterprise-level environments.
- Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
