Responsibilities:

Collaborate on evidence-based strategies to enhance clinical outcomes.
Represent the program at stakeholder meetings and professional gatherings.
Ensure adherence to all regulatory and accreditation standards.
Stay abreast of evolving national, state, and local healthcare regulations.

Requirements:
Licensed Physician (MD/DO) with an active Illinois license.
Board Certified in Psychiatry.
Active clinical practice experience.
Admitting or staff privileges at an Illinois hospital or state facility.
Prior experience in Utilization Management, Case Management, or Disease Management preferred.
Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare programs.
Familiarity with standards for determining level of care.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Teams, and Outlook.
