POSITION SUMMARY:
The Technical Project Manager is responsible for partnering with business and technical teams in establishing project teams and providing overall direction for the technology development components of projects from initiation through delivery, including formal long-term support.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
To perform this job, an individual must perform each essential function satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Serve as liaison/advocate between the Project Management Office and the Information Security department.
Represent the Information Security department on project meetings and assist with management of project deliverables such as assignment of project tasks, prioritization, ServiceNow ticket creation, Smartsheet project updates, and other tasks as required.
Manage multiple projects, tasks for multiple constituents and teams under deadlines and with short notice using strong project management skills including practical usage of project plans, status reporting and budgets. Manage time and resource tracking, and with the ability to assist with vendor management.
Create, maintain, and manage project implementation and work plan documents including project charters and scope statement, project plans, project Gantt charts, team structure and roles/responsibilities, governance plans, and kickoff meeting materials using project management.
Drive the gathering of required data from key stakeholders to evaluate objectives, goals, and scope to create technical specifications, current-state and future-state data and workflow mapping, and business/use cases.
Compile and maintain deliverable repositories for project documents and best practices. Support project team members on the use of deliverable templates.

TECHNICAL PROFICENCIES:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
Working knowledge of Okta Universal Directory
Familiarity with automation tools such as: Powershell, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, Azure Runbooks, Azure Function Apps, Okta workflows
Working knowledge of the SmartSheet project management suite
Working knowledge of ServiceNow
Working knowledge of collaborative tools such as: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office 365, Sharepoint Online, Microsoft Teams
Familiarity with the CrowdStrike security platform including Identity Protection
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems/Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 5 years. Management experience of technology teams is a plus.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE:
A current PMP Certification is a plus
