We are in search of a seasoned Performance Marketing Manager to join our vibrant team. This pivotal role focuses on expanding our paid digital marketing initiatives while ensuring efficient user acquisition costs. You'll play a key role in shaping our online presence and achieving tangible results through strategic campaign management and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
SEM Campaign Optimization: Oversee and refine SEM campaigns, including budget allocation, bid adjustments, creative enhancement, keyword expansions, and negative keyword management.
Digital Channel Expansion: Lead the effort to expand paid digital channels, ensuring cost-effective acquisition and maximizing ROI.
AB Testing & Growth: Drive growth through meticulously designed AB tests executed flawlessly.
Audience Targeting: Identify target audiences, craft compelling messaging, and design offers to boost the effectiveness of paid social media campaigns.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Product Team and other marketers to develop promotional campaigns and offers, aligning with holiday schedules and business seasonality.
Organic Social Media Support: Provide innovative ideas to enhance authentic follower engagement and interaction across various platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
CRM Oversight: Assist in various aspects of CRM, including the design and implementation of email journeys, blasts, and push notifications.
Ideal Candidate Experience:
5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
Extensive SEM experience, managing large-scale campaigns (100,000+ keywords).
Strong analytical skills with a knack for deriving insights from data and a drive to optimize.
Self-motivated, collaborative, and possessing a strong work ethic.
Previous CRM management experience; familiarity with Iterable is a plus.
Background in B2C sectors, particularly e-commerce, membership marketing, or direct response marketing.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of delivering measurable results through performance marketing.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Proficiency in analytics tools and platforms.
