Are you a compassionate and dedicated nurse looking for an evening shift position? Join our team at Advanced Pediatric Care as a Pediatric Home Health Nurse LVN, working with pediatric patients in the evenings. At Advanced Pediatric Care, we are committed to providing high-quality healthcare services to children and their families. The current opening is for LVNs to work Friday and/or Saturday evenings from 6:00pm to 11:00pm in Baumont. Saturdays could be 6:00p-6:00a if available. -LVN range from $19.00-$30.00 per hour (depending on experience, shift, and acuity)

*Shift differentials for nights and for weekends

We may have the perfect spot for you! Be it a shift or two a month or a week or even Full-time employment! We can work around school and hospital schedules if you are just wanting to pick up a few extra shifts.

Training provided. PTO and insurance available for full-time employment.

Responsibilities

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals -
• Monitoring patients' health conditions during evening shifts and reporting any changes or concerns to the medical team -
• Assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and feeding during evening hours -
• Providing emotional support to patients and their families during the evening shifts -
• Conducting patient assessments and following care plans for the evening shifts -
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care during evening hours -
• Educating patients and their families on treatment plans and health management

Requirements

• Current LVN license in Texas
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of pediatric medical equipment and procedures
• CPR certification
