Job duties:
Review timesheets for completeness and accuracy.
Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
Prepare and distribute payroll reports as needed.
Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
Stay updated on federal and state payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements.
Assist with audits and other payroll-related projects as necessary.
