Job Description

We are excited to invite dedicated and experienced General English Speaking Tutors to join our dynamic team, where you'll have the opportunity to teach international students in small group settings. In this role, you will lead engaging one-hour lessons, totaling 10 hours per week, with a focus on enhancing students' speaking skills and overall English communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate interactive and student-centered lessons that enhance General English speaking skills for groups of international students.
Create a supportive and motivating online learning environment that encourages participation and growth.
Tailor lessons to accommodate students with varying proficiency levels, ensuring that each individual receives the attention they need to succeed.
Foster a positive atmosphere that promotes student engagement and learning.
Requirements:

Native English speaker with a passion for education.
Proven experience in teaching English to non-native speakers.
Ability to connect with students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Availability to teach between 11 AM and 3 PM EST.
Comfort with remote teaching platforms and online tools.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience teaching English in a group setting.
Familiarity with various teaching methodologies and approaches to language learning.
Compensation:

$16 - $25 USD per hour, commensurate with experience.
Start Date:

Mid-October
