Expert Rentals & Property Management in Killeen, TX is seeking an Office Cleaner to join our dedicated team. The Office Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment within office buildings. This role involves cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the office, including workspaces, restrooms, common areas, and meeting rooms. The Office Cleaner ensures that the office is in top condition for employees, clients, and visitors. Part-time position offering 15-20 hours per week, flexible schedule. Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize all designated office areas including floors, windows, and restrooms.
• Purpose: To maintain a clean and hygienic work environment for all employees and visitors.
• Dispose of waste and recyclable materials in the appropriate containers.
• Restock cleaning and hygiene supplies as needed.
• Purpose: To ensure that necessary supplies are always available for maintaining cleanliness.
• Purpose: To address minor issues promptly and maintain a functional office space.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times to prevent accidents and injuries.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services.
• Ability to follow cleaning schedules and procedures.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Good time management skills and ability to work efficiently.
• US Work Authorization.
