Education assistance including paid CEUs, licensure, certification reimbursement, and student loan refinancing partnership programs How you will make an impact Oversee day-to-day operations of the continuing care quality assurance programs, and quality assessments while keeping the business on track for its long-term goals and mission Develop and implement a community-wide resident relations program to meet residents’ needs and to ensure resident quality and service Implement approaches to identifying and retaining talented individuals for future growth who are focused on driving excellence through people and culture development Monitor community performance; review and analyze financial management reports, Key Performance Indicators, and workforce/executive dashboards Establish positive rapport with regulatory agencies; keep current on changes in federal, state, and local regulations; ensure compliance with all licensing agencies including overseeing license renewals .
