Salary Range: $280,000 - $310,000 Per Year

Listening and expressing yourself in a manner that resonates with your patients enables you to address their specific needs and preferences. We are looking for a Neonatologist with outstanding analytical and decision-making abilities to deliver critical clinical care to high-risk neonates and newborns, ensuring they receive the necessary nutrition and treatment for growth and healing.

In collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, you will assess and treat newborns with various medical problems, as well as:

· Provide high-quality, comprehensive direct care to NICU-Pediatric patients

· Participate in night, weekend, and on-call duties; a willingness to work long hours

· Coordinate nursing activities before and after rounds for better patient care

· Perform various medical procedures to ensure the health and growth of the infant

· Teach and supervise residents, medical students and NNPs

· Continuously seek new ways to improve processes and outcomes

Neonatologist Requirements:

· Accredited medical school graduate and board-certified in Pediatrics

· Board-certified/eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine

· Current license to practice medicine in New York State

· Desire to work in a high-volume NICU and maintain medical staff privileges

· Familiar with competency-based residency training curriculum

· Credentialed or eligible for the NY Medicaid program and managed care organizations
