Job Description

We are seeking a talented Motion Designer to collaborate with a dedicated team of creative professionals, including Designers, Art/Creative Directors, Producers, Editors, and the Finishing Department. In this role, you will contribute to high-profile projects spanning theatrical, broadcast, and digital motion graphics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and animate motion graphics assets according to broadcast and film specifications.
• Work on style frames, pitches, and daily production tasks under the guidance of senior designers and creative leadership.
• Partner with the finishing department and clients to deliver test animations, checkers, and final files.
• Develop visually compelling motion concepts that address client challenges and align with creative briefs.
• Engage in team-oriented workflows, supporting content creation and exploration.
• Maintain positive relationships with creative and design teams to ensure deliverables meet project standards.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and processes, continuously improving your approach to motion design.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator (knowledge of C4D is a bonus).
• Skilled in 2D animation, compositing, and tracking.
• A strong eye for typography, design, and problem-solving technical issues.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and work under tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent experience (1-2 years).
• Self-motivated, with strong teamwork skills and the ability to contribute to all phases of production.
• Experience with film/broadcast specifications and digital intermediates is a plus.
• Knowledge of the entire 2D/3D design process from concept to completion is ideal.
