Responsibilities :

• Assemble medical devices or components using specialized tools, equipment, and techniques, following detailed assembly instructions and blueprints.

Quality Control:

• Conduct thorough inspections and tests of assembled products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards, including functionality, accuracy, and cleanliness.

Documentation :

• Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, including tracking defects, deviations, and compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Compliance :

• Adhere to all regulatory requirements, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), FDA regulations, and internal quality control procedures.

Equipment Handling:

• Operate and maintain assembly machinery and tools, ensuring they are in proper working condition and reporting any malfunctions or issues to supervisors.

Training :

• Assist in training new employees on assembly procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols as needed.

Collaboration :

• Work closely with engineers, quality assurance personnel, and other team members to resolve assembly issues and continuously improve processes.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment, preferably in the medical device industry.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions.
• Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and standards.
