Job Description

Essential Functions: 

• Perform PIV and equipment walk around inspections. 
• Packaging and shipment of materials for shipment to an off-site vendor. 
• Rotoblasting, analyzing, and handling of returned disks. 
• Handling and storage of decanned mults. 
• Handling and storage of plasma torched scrap materials. 
• Assemble charges and receive materials for R/A and P/P charges. 
• Handle material for use in production charges. 
• Scrap processing-rotoblast, analyze, receive, and storage. 
• Material handling of items for a scrap sale. 
• Truck loading and material handling for scrap sales. 
• May be required to carry out tasks not specifically listed, within the scope and skill level of this position in support of department objectives and to develop one’s skills 
• Adhere to ACE guidelines and perform ACE duties as required 
• Adhere to all EH & S guidelines, including wearing of required personal protective equipment 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: 

• High School Diploma or Equivalent 
• Must be US citizen due to government contracts
• Ability to work overtime as required 
• Good attendance record 
• Ability to lift to 25 lbs. independently 
• Ability to operate equipment safely once trained 
• Ability to work as a team with own and outside departments 
• Work well with limited supervision 
• Interpret and follow work instructions 
• Must be physically capable of bending, lifting, squatting, twisting, overhead reaching, standing on feet for long period of time – up to 8 hrs, and climbing stairs 

Shift Friday - Sunday 7:00 pm – 7:00 am
