Job Title: Marketing Specialist, Demand Generation

We are a leader in the legal software industry, offering a range of cloud-based solutions designed to empower lawyers across various practice areas. Our commitment to excellence drives us to build the best legal technology products available, and we are on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing team. This fully remote position will play a crucial role in generating new demand for our suite of products while enhancing the lifetime value of our existing customer base.

What You'll Do:

Campaign Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, PPC, display, landing pages) aimed at generating new leads and increasing product adoption.
Content Creation: Craft high-quality email campaigns that engage potential customers and guide them through the buying funnel, along with designing compelling landing pages to boost lead conversions.
Audience Segmentation: Manage audience segmentation and the creation of targeted email campaigns using our marketing automation platforms.
Digital Advertising: Support the planning and execution of paid digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, display, and social media advertising, in collaboration with both internal and external teams.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns utilizing CRM and analytics tools to inform future strategies.
Best Practices: Uphold marketing automation best practices, ensuring data quality and effective list management.
Brand Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of our brand message and target audiences for all product offerings.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced, demand generation-focused marketing organization, ideally within a SaaS company.
Strong copywriting skills, particularly in the context of SaaS products.
Proven project management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively.
Familiarity with email automation tools (e.g., Intercom, Mailchimp, Marketo, Outreach) is preferred.
Experience with creating and managing email campaigns and audience segmentation.
Preferred experience in data analytics reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4).
Strong verbal communication and organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
