Job Description

As a Wealth Management Business Transformation Consultant, you will be a member of the Individual Markets (IM) Value Streams team that is responsible for defining and executing value stream initiatives and the experiences they deliver. This role will partner with leaders across the organization to ensure delivery against the strategic plan and help to drive the evolution of IM's customer journey and experience.

You will

  • Participate in shared value initiatives, exploring responsible growth opportunities to accelerate our business performance, and differentiating Guardian through enhanced consumer experiences
  • Support the development of setting a strategic vision, direction and near-term priorities for IM supported by competitor/industry research and operational and financial analysis
  • Drive and implement major strategic projects through uncertainty and across silos, removing barriers using a data driven approach
  • Ensure the successful transition of the management of critical initiatives to individuals or teams who will permanently manage the day to day and future enhancements of projects once the initial set up is completed
  • Have significant interactions with corporate and business executives across the Guardian enterprise in this highly visible role

You have

  • 5-7 years overall business experience (Wealth Management business preferred)
  • Strong general management mentality and experience
  • Experience with implementation methods - portfolio/project management, agile, waterfall, etc.
  • Proven ability to lead change
  • Strong financial competence
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills for multiple audiences including staff, management, and senior executives
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required; MBA preferred

Location & Travel

  • Hybrid, with 2 days a week at a Guardian office in Holmdel, NJ, New York, NY or Bethlehem, PA.

Salary Range

$99,190.00 - $162,955.00

The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
