Overview: The logistics supervisor is responsible for supporting the oversight and execution of logistics, inventory, and transportation operations within their assigned sites in order to support the residential and commercial installation teams in execution of projects. This role oversees a team of CDL Drivers and Shipping/Receiving Associates to carry out the timely delivery of stone product from our manufacturing facilities to the customer job site.

Responsibilities:

• Own operational oversight of all product delivery to job sites including drivers, external shipping vendors, and inventory tracking
• Leads a team of drivers and shipping/receiving associates as applicable, driving accountability for OTIF numbers, safety, compliance, and other relevant KPIs
• Drive the execution of change in processes and practices to improve our efficiency and quality, as well as inventory tracking and management​
• Responsible for ensuring adherence to directives in support of overall regional goals and strategy​
• Uphold a strong customer focus with the teams and demonstrate cross-functional leadership with plant warehouses, installation leaders, and their teams​
• Demonstrate our core values and success behaviors in their approach to work and leadership​, with particular emphasis on integrity and safety
• Support company projects and change initiatives

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, supply chain management or similar, or equivalent experience​
• 3 years + of experience in logistics​ and DOT regulations
• Experience leading teams or projects
• Ability to travel as required​
• Understands business language and acumen​
• Experience in the new construction/remodel, manufacturing industry preferred​

Hourly set rate:
The US pay for this full-time position is $75k-85k a year + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. (Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week. Union programs may vary depending on the collective bargaining agreement.)
