Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a Legal Marketing Manager for our client's prestigious law firm in the Fort Lauderdale office.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive marketing and business development strategies.
- Manage the firm’s branding, communications, digital marketing, and public relations initiatives.
- Lead the creation of marketing materials including client pitches, brochures, newsletters, and website content.
- Coordinate and manage the firm’s social media presence and digital advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with attorneys and practice groups to create targeted business development strategies.
- Track marketing and business development metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Organize and execute client events, seminars, and webinars to increase the firm’s visibility.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage the firm’s external communications, including press releases and media relations.
- Oversee and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the legal or professional services industry.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing marketing and business development strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with attorneys and senior leadership.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with digital marketing tools, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and analytics.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and legal marketing software is a plus.
