As a General Dentist, you'll play a vital role in shaping positive dental experiences for children and families. Your responsibilities will include:

• Pediatric Expertise: Providing specialized care for children, including preventive treatments, restorative procedures, and patient education tailored to young patients and their families

Qualifications and Skills:

• Pediatric Focus: Experience or a strong interest in pediatric dentistry is essential, along with a passion for working with children
• Clinical Expertise: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) with licensure to practice dentistry in the state, along with CPR certification
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and a compassionate bedside manner are essential for connecting with young patients and their families

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation: Annual earning potential of $180,000.00 - $250,000.00, including a guaranteed day rate and production-based incentives:
• New Graduates: $650 - $750 day rate
• Tenured: $800+ day rate (D.O.E.)
